Return Policy
Return policy: Please note all goods are sold As-Is and all sales are final.
USA Pallets Liquidation Mart Inc does not offer any guarantees on any products that we sell. Exchanges or returns are not accepted unless a mistake was committed. Please keep in mind that when purchasing manifested loads discrepancies do occur. So if your manifested load stated 2,500 units and you only received 2,450 units you will need to take this shortage into account and factor it in to your total purchase. Manifested loads can have a + or – 5% variance.
All Sales Are Final
Once an order has been placed, all sales are considered final. We do not accept refunds, exchanges, or returns unless an error has occurred on our part.
Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel your order, it must be done within 24 hours of purchase. Cancellations requested after this period may incur a restocking fee of 10% or $50 dollars which ever is greater.
